Popularity of Orkut Community

Popularity of a Orkut Community is judged by mainly two things....(1)numbers of members (2)how much it is active...... :):)

I have seen many communities having lacs of members but no new post for a week or month.... :):)

but at the same time many communities having several thousands member but new post after every 10-60 mins.......:):)
