Owner of any orkut community is like a King. Owner is supreme power. He/She can add co-owner and moderators. Mods. play active role in managing the community. If mods are active, broad-minded and caring for members the the growth rate of community is very high.... :):)
Mods. have limited powers. In most of the communities I found that owner and mods are good but exception are always there... :):)
