Rabi is right ki hum sabhi jagah smile nahi de sakte par here I have to say ki jab koi aisa incident hota hai jo hamaari smile ko chhinane ka prayaas karta hai us samay humko thoda time nikal kar sochna chahiye ki eska solution kya hai .....meko lagta hai ki jo guilty hai usko punish karna temporary solution hai but if we find out the reasons for which anyone does crime then we will have permanent solution.....aur meko lagta hai ki ....unemployment, hunger, glamour world, lust, corruption...ye kuchh reasons hain...jiske kaaran crime rate society mein increase hote hain.....let us think over it and spread the messages of love... :):) wo kahte hain na ki ""Prevention is better than cure"Prayers for the families and loved ones of the Delhi blast victims
